I’m William, a seasoned retail manager yearning for some type of escape before the world ends. After twenty years of leading teams and building customer experiences, I’ve learned that I have a lot in my head that is attempting to escape. This blog is the external holding cell for those ideas where I plan to explore everything from workplace culture, gaming adventures, and the occasional philosophical tangent about ducks in Santa hats.

Why “Unscripted”?

Because life’s more fun when you color outside the lines. I don’t want to be stuck to a certain theme or purpose for the blog. Maybe I want to speculate on what might happen in an upcoming professional wrestling match, talk about the latest roller coaster being built, or even gripe about the craziness of the world. Willenator Unscripted is where I get to do all that without worrying about fitting everything into a single box.
